Seeds Institute Training provided me an opportunity to look at myself, how I identify myself in this world, and how I can make change in myself and the world around me.”
Participant in a Seeds Institute “Undoing Racism” Workshop
The Seeds Institute promotes community healing, transformation, and peace through training and classes. We design workshops and dialogue series for diverse audiences to sow seeds of positive social change in our communities.
Our workshops create spaces for participants to comfortably share their perspectives while honoring ideas that may challenge their beliefs. Workshops are customized to relate to the audience’s role in society: parent, educator, health practitioner, social service provider, etc.
The Seeds Institute staff draws on thousands of hours of experience to deliver valuable knowledge, best practices, practical tools, and thought provoking dialogue. Customized curriculum can be designed for your organization’s unique needs.
Seeds Institute curriculum is offered as 2-hour trainings, 3- to 6-hour workshops, and day-long seminars to best suit your organization’s needs.
