Ages 12 – 14 Years
Through theater and the arts, middle school youth ages 12 – 14 explore aspects of identity and leadership and learn to be counselors in training to young children.
Activities include: team-building skills, storytelling, 2 and 3 dimensional art, exploration of social justice and peace Issues, problem-solving activities, and more.
Youth who participate build concrete leadership and caregiving skills to work with young children ages 3 – 11 that will assist them in their future goals of employment, either working at summer camps or simply babysitting within their neighborhood.
